This will be a very brief post. I have almost no facts or documents to back this up, until we get to son George. I would be very pleased to have someone who has studied this family more deeply get in touch with me, and correct the inevitable errors and omissions with documents!
It seems that George Fee (also seen as MacFee and Feay and various other spellings) may have been born in Ireland about 1650. His possible parents may be Donald and Philippa Tyrell Fee, although...yes, no documents that I've found support that suggestion.
George married Rebecca Parnell, most trees say, although whether that was in Ireland or in Maryland I cannot tell you. Her parents may or may not be James and Joanna McCoy Parnell. It's thought that the couple had at least three children. George died in 1719 in Talbot County, Maryland, about four years after his wife's death.
There apparently was a son Donald, born about 1670. I have no further information.
George, found as George II or George Jr., was about about 1675 and died in 1730 in Talbot County, Maryland. He married Elizabeth Jump, the daughter of William and Rebecca Chesmore Jump. Their children are Thomas, Elizabeth, John and Rachel. I will write more of this family in my next post.
Their daughter Sarah was born about 1680. The only information I've found about her is that she married a Thomas Scantlebury, who died about 1718. I found a document dealing with a debt his estate was owed of 1500 pounds of tobacco, but it contained no reference to a wife or family. This was in Kent County, Maryland.
I told you this would be a short post! What additional facts do you have about this family?
